We analyze public and proven production data and focus on acquiring mineral interest, overriding royalty interest and non-operated working interest across the Anadarko, Ardmore, Arkoma, Eagle Ford and Permian Basins.
OUR STORY
The inspiration of Oklahoma Energy Partners, LLC (OEP) comes from two well-known and highly admired Oklahoma oil and gas entrepreneurs, Charlie O. Morgan and William (Bill) Stewart.

Charlie and Bill both envisioned Oklahoma leading the nation in energy while ensuring everyone they did business with, were always treated like partners, friends and most importantly like family.

Dylan and Max founded Oklahoma Energy Partners, LLC in 2018. The company is highly regarded through dedication, hard work and is known for being one of the most reliable mineral acquisition companies to work with.
Who We Are
Dylan W. Morgan
President | Co-Founder
Dylan is the Co-Founding partner, President and manager of Oklahoma Energy Partners, LLC (OEP). He studied Professional Sales & Marketing at the University of Central Oklahoma. Dylan has helped deploy over $10mm in Oklahoma's toughest oil and gas basins while working in Oil & Gas Private Equity sector. Dylan is a Marine Corps combat veteran, serving in both Afghanistan & Iraq.
Max I.E. Stewart
Vice President | Co-Founder
Max is a graduate of Finance from Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University. Max has a strong financial background in analyzing current oil and gas trends.
